our mission: Through therapeutic interventions that enhance social functioning and strengthen psychological well-being, we offer an environment of help, hope, and healing for at-risk youth and families traumatized by the effects of abuse and neglect. 

our values: Windwood Farm Home for Children is dedicated to maintaining a child-centered, family-focused, strength-based and culturally responsive orientation in providing its services. The following values are essential to its programming:

• Developing services that are inter-disciplinary and comprehensive in approach
• Providing quality individualized clinical treatment that is flexible and adapts to the changing needs of the client
• Surrounding the child with positive role models and experiences that assist him in his development of pro-social life skills
