Current Positions Available:
Windwood Family Services provides family support services and voluntary case management for families at risk for child maltreatment in Charleston and Dorchester Counties. We are hiring a specialist for Charleston County who will work out of our Mt. Pleasant office so candidates living in Charleston County are preferred.
The specialist position will be responsible for providing assessment and supportive case management services to children and families referred by SCDSS for suspected abuse and /or neglect. Specialists must hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in working with families and children served by the SCDSS or have an active SC license in a field related to social work and have 1 year of experience working with the population being served.
Specialists must be knowledgeable about SCDSS programs, services, rules, laws and procedures, as well as, community services. Home visitation is required. Service area will be primarily Charleston County. Candidates must be able to work effectively with a diverse group of people. Candidates must have reliable transportation and automobile insurance. Background checks will be conducted by Windwood Family Services. The salary is competitive with excellent benefits.

Individual and Family Therapist for our out-patient clinic ( Master degree in counseling or social work is required along with licensure as an LPC, LISW-CP, or LMFT
